LOCHBY Data Deletion Instructions

If you use Facebook Login to access LOCHBY, you can request deletion of the personal data associated with your login and LOCHBY account.

Email info@lochby.mom with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address associated with your LOCHBY account and tell us whether you want to delete your Facebook Login data or your entire LOCHBY account.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Once processed, we will confirm completion and explain any information that must be retained and why.

You can also disconnect LOCHBY from Facebook through Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. Disconnecting the app does not, by itself, delete information already stored by LOCHBY.
