I recently bought the Lochby A6 Field Folio to replace a Traveler's Notebook as I couldn't fit my 200 page A6 Journal into a TN cover. I'm so impressed by the quality of the materials used & the stitching looks very well done. It seems like a very sturdy product which will last me for many years to come.
As you can see from the photos the Lochby A6 Field Folio easily fits my A6 Journal, a pocket size Moleskine Cahier for my daily notes & to do lists, another Cahier I keep inspirational quotes in & my Traveler's Company passport size Calendar booklet. Plus my pen & a small ruler. With all these it still zips up easily & is the perfect size to carry in my medium size messenger bag which goes everywhere I go. The Lochby A6 Field Folio is the perfect notebook carrying system for my needs. It just works. Thanks to all the Lochby Team.

I really like having upgraded my Lochby journal from a personal size, clip closure folio to this zippered a6 field folio. It fits perfectly in my cross body purse and allows better space for my information. I upgraded my calendar to a Hobonichi Avec daily planner divided into two 6-month booklets thus allowing room in my Lochby Field Folio for 2-3 more A6 notebooks; I only need 2. (I gave my personal sized Lochby to a dear friend and she is delighted.)

This field folio is amazing! I have 3field notebooks and 2 spiral notebooks layered for my personal referencing and note taking. There is plenty of room for pens and drafting pencils as well as I carry my 2 Identification cards and business cards in it as well as storage on back this thing is beast for any project

The A6 Field Folio is everything I wanted in a compact notebook cover. The waxed canvas looks fantastic and ages beautifully, the zippers are smooth, and it keeps my A6 notebook perfectly protected on the go. It’s tough, tactile, and easily fits into almost any bag. 10/10!

What can fit in the Field Folio A6?
It fits most A6-sized notebooks (4.1” × 5.8”), as long as they’re not thicker than 1" (2.5 cm).
Does it come with a notebook?
Nope! The Field Folio A6 doesn’t include a notebook, so you can pair it with your favorite A6 journal or planner.
Can it hold multiple notebooks?
Yes—using the internal elastic cords, you can carry several notebooks as long as their combined thickness doesn’t exceed 1".
Does it have pockets?
Absolutely! There’s interior pockets for cards, pens, and small essentials, plus a back pocket for notes.
Is it waterproof?
The Field Folio A6 is made of waxed canvas, offering water resistance. Over time, you may need to reapply wax to maintain its water resistance.
Can I write on it with one hand?
Yes! The built-in plastic sheet makes it rigid enough for one-handed writing.
