Never had a wallet this big before. Compared to card wallet this is quite the adjustment. I’m enjoying it, quality product, love the grid pocket notebooks and pockets in front. I would’ve given 5 stars. BUT…
How’s this going to be a wallet in today’s world and not have RFID?

Well made, great look . . . a bit thick
I’ve been using this for 3-4 weeks now and I _think_ I like it? It’s very well made and any reservations I have are because of me and what I want, and not the product.
On the plus side:
* Well constructed of good, quality materials — this will last forever.
* The size is driven by the size of the notebook and it has a thoughtful layout accommodating credit cards, notes & cash, and a spare notebook or passport.
Reservations:
* It’s thick. Too thick to be in a front pocket and, honestly, it’s even a pretty big thing to carry in your back pocket.
* If it was a just smidgen taller I’d better accommodate dollar bills vertically without folding them.
Overall, I’m happy with it, but if they ever come out with a thinner notebook wallet (no zipper? Single layer of canvas?? No pen sleeve?) it would then be perfect.

Lochby just can't stop being awesome
I reviewed the Lochby Sidekick last year as my mini EDC organizer, and after months of regular carry it served that purpose well — then I found the Pocket Journal Wallet Edition, and boy oh boy am I happy that I did.
The Sidekick is excellent for a light kit. The PJ Wallet Edition goes the distance for a full one, and that's exactly how I'm using it. Reference the pictures below to see what I carry:
2 pens (Pilot E95s fountain pen and Sharpie S-Gel)
1 Streamlight Wedge SL (my Microstream fit too, but it bulged more)
1 Gerber Armbar Slim Cut, with an added pull cord for retrieval (to be replaced by a James Brand Helton whenever they're back in stock)
1 Lochby pocket notebook. Can I just say these knock the SOCKS off the competition? Not throwing shade at anybody, but the paper and build quality are unmatched
1 mini notebook (currently a LIFE brand; I bought some Lochby A7s to try)
2 Band-Aids
4 business cards
A small collection of membership/rewards cards
6 debit/credit/ID cards (removed from photos for obvious reasons)
Room for 5–8 dollar bills without much added bulge
My friends, that's a full kit. If I can't handle my day with that, I probably need backup anyway.
And yes, it does fit in your pocket. It's actually a little tricky to find video reviews of this thing being put into a pocket, so I wasn't sure this thing would ride in my front left pocket where the Sidekick used to live. It's a bit chunky — no way around that — but I'm a big guy, and it isn't cartoonishly…
